Recruiting Intern

Celertek is looking for a personable and highly motivated Recruiting Intern to support the company’s Vice President in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with screening resumes and applications
  • Assisting with entering candidate and account data into internal proprietary database
  • Reviewing proprietary database for deficiencies/errors and updating accordingly
  • Coordinating candidate interviews
  • Helping prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
  • Assisting with writing job descriptions to be posted to job boards, social media, website, etc.


Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Business Development Associate

Celertek is looking for a Business Development Associate to join its growing team. We are looking for a “go-getter” - someone who is highly motivated and thrives on meeting with potential clients and closing deals. This individual should be able to be proactive and perform day-to-day responsibilities with minimal guidance.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote company brand


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
